Just in case...

...'the older generation of Buenos Aires dancers' suggests elderly couples supporting each other around the ronda, take a look at Ruben Harymbat and Enriqueta Kleinman giving a demonstration at a workshop in Portland, Oregon, in February. I love the wit, inventiveness, musicality. It doesn't get much better.

Hi anonymous, glad you enjoyed it. I really wish we could learn tango like this in London, but sadly I think they are back in Buenos Aires after their US tour in Feb and March. If I hear that they are coming to Europe I'll post details.

The next best thing in London is probably the El Once classes, beginners and intermediate on Monday nights (http://www.elonce.dircon.co.uk). If that doesn't work, you'll have to visit Buenos Aires. Best wishes!

Before leaving for the USA on his three-month tour, Ruben Harymbat told me that he hopes to go to Italy with his wife Haydee.

Someone in the UK has to prepare the paperwork for their work permits before they can teach in London.
